Century Farms

Project Overview

Century Farms is a single-family residential development on 100+ acres in southern Overland Park . This property has been owned and farmed by the Verhaeghe family for over a century. The project includes a resort-style pool and clubhouse, community vegetable garden, sports field, and a children’s play area. Schlagel is responsible for the design and construction documents for the multi phased development.
