Dermatology and Skin Care Center (Leawood, KS | Lee's Summit MO)
Project Overview
Schlagel was selected to provide civil engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying service for both the Leawood and Lee’s Summit offices. Schlagel worked with the architect, ACI Boland, to develop a design that would fit the unique characteristics of each site. The civil design for the Leawood site, located in Town Center Business Park designed by Schlagel, included grading to access a parking area under the building. The Lee’s Summit site civil design required a grading design that allowed for the finish grade at the rear of the building to be ten feet higher than the front of the building.
