Project Overview

Design for approximately one mile of 3-lane arterial to serve a master-planned 260-acre development.  This road opened up the east side of I-35 for the city of Gardner to new commercial, single family, and multi-family projects.  Schlagel provided all design and surveying services for the project.

  • Coordination with KDOT and City of Gardner for access to 175th St and intersection proximity to I-35 ramps
  • Offsite utility extensions
  • Sewer interceptor and arterial road design
