Jeff  has been providing consulting engineering and design services in the Kansas City Metro area since 1988. He is currently a project engineer and designer in responsible charge of civil site design for various private and public projects throughout the area. Jeff’s experience includes design and construction phase services for numerous academic, governmental, commercial, and office projects. He has completed designs for the renovation of existing projects that included parking lot renovations and expansions, utility upgrades, and site enhancements.
Jeff has obtained approval and construction permits for several public projects. His familiarity with the approval process and code, including the new storm water regulations, provides him with the ability to efficiently complete plans. His construction experience and knowledge provides him with the ability to derive the most efficient method of completing a project. Jeff is always conscientious towards controlling job costs, meeting the project schedules, maintaining high quality standards, and meeting the client’s needs.
