Canyon Creek

Schlagel created the master plan for this 500 acre site. The project consists of several neighborhoods each with a distinct character. The single family neighborhood, By the Park, has panoramic vistas of the Canyon Creek valley. The By the Lake single family neighborhood overlooks the area’s large lake. The Estates are large single family lots nestled into natural wooded terrain. In addition to the single family neighborhoods, the area includes villa lots, condominiums, town homes, and a town center retail area.
