The redevelopment of the existing 45 year old Ranch Mart Neighborhood Retail Center included parking lot, utility, traffic signal, and landscape improvements. The parking lot was reconfigured and regarded. A sidewalk and crosswalk network was developed thru the site to provide easy pedestrian access and link public sidewalks to the shopping center. The utility infrastructure design involved the relocation of a 48 inch public storm sewer and sanitary sewers. Modifications to traffic signals were completed to allow for the construction of improvements to the drive entrances.
