Cedar Creek

Schlagel is proud to have provided professional services for Cedar Creek, Kansas City’s largest master planned community, since the project began. The professional services provided by Schlagel for the Cedar Creek community included developing design for most of the fifteen unique neighborhoods. The neighborhoods were designed to take advantage of the rolling hills, treed valleys, lakes, and golf course views. The project includes villa, cottage, and estate neighborhoods.
