Project Overview
Prairie Trace is a master-planned 260-acre multi-use development in the city of Gardner. This project involved annexation of property east of I-35, a first for the city. Power, water, sewer, and gas all had to be brought to the site requiring coordination with several jurisdictions and utility providers.
