Falcon Ridge Golf Club

Project Overview

The master plan for this 18 hole championship golf course community included villa, estates, and manor homes arranged to maximize the views to the golf course and open areas of the project. The project included two amenity areas with aquatic and playground facilities. Included in the services provided was the design of four lakes that serve as amenities and storm water detention facilities. Schlagel provided the design for the public infrastructure.
