Maurer Road Benefit District
Project Overview
Design for ½ mile of 4-lane arterial which included developing an alignment that avoided high-voltage power lines, access restrictions to adjacent properties, and future development. The project also included a single-lane roundabout that provides access to the surrounding retail development adjacent to the thriving city of Lenexa City Center district near 87th and I-435.
