Pointe at Sonoma
Project Overview
The Pointe at Sonoma is a 322-unit luxury apartment complex located near 87th and I-435 in Lenexa, Kansas. This 28 acre site design incorporated 634 parking spaces, 28 apartment buildings, and a 10,400 square foot clubhouse with Pool and amenity area. Schlagel was able to meet the density requirements of the developer while simultaneously meeting the stringent City of Lenexa Stormwater Quality goals for the project.
