Peak at Sonoma

The Peak at Sonoma is a 338-unit luxury apartment complex located near 87th and I-435 in Lenexa, Kansas. This site design incorporated a clubhouse with Pool and amenity area. Schlagel was able to meet the density requirements of the developer while simultaneously meeting the stringent City of Lenexa Stormwater Quality goals for the project.
