Timber Sage Elementary

Timbersage Elementary is located in the southern Olathe and is part of the Spring Hill USD 230 School District. This project was designed in conjunction with the Boulder Hills Subdivision, also a Schlagel project. The project had an accelerated schedule, and construction had to begin on the school prior to the surrounding sanitary sewer, water, and street system being constructed. This required close coordination and planning between Waterone, Johnson County Wastewater, Olathe Fire Department, USD 230, and the surrounding development.
