Lexington Lake Park - Phase 1 Improvements

The 465-acre park, located west of De Soto and north of K-10 Highway, includes a 30-acre fishing lake with a boat ramp and fishing dock, playground, shelter, paved trail with a bridge, unpaved natural trails, woodlands and native open areas. Schlagel and Associates prepare the construction drawings for the phase one improvements that included preparation of permit plans for the lake dam improvements to obtain permits from DWR including dam shoring, spillway upgrades, and a pedestrian bridge over the spillway.
